There are some items we cannot accept in our dumpsters. These include any items containing hazardous chemicals or other items that can cause damage to the container or landfill. View our list of prohibited items to learn what doesn’t belong in a dumpster. Unsure about an item? Give us a call.
When loading a dumpster, ensure all debris is placed inside the container. Do not leave anything hanging over the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster. This could delay your waste pick-up because drivers cannot haul overloaded dumpsters.

Standard dumpster rental periods typically range from 7 – 14 days. Depending on your location, availability and demand, rental periods can usually be extended for a low daily rate. Please also note that if you keep your roll off dumpster longer than your specified rental period, you will be charged an extension fee for each additional day.
If your dumpster fills up before your project is complete, you can call our office to schedule an empty-and-return service.
You also have the option to order additional dumpsters if the scope of your project increases.
No, you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup. We’ll take down your placement instructions when you order and instruct the driver to drop it off in your chosen spot.
What forms of payment do you accept: cash, check, credit/debit cards. Or we can set up on a monthly invoice system for long term rentals.
